• At least 5 years of cabinetmaking experience
• Experience working with exotic veneers
• Detail-orientated and committed to perfection
• Basic computation skills and proficiency/accuracy in measuring
• Excellent scheduling, planning and problem-solving skills
• An understanding of shop drawings and developing a cutting list
• An understanding of cabinet hardware and laminate products
• Veneer stitching and pressing experience preferred
• Repeated heavy lifting (up to 90 lbs.)

BOOKKEEPER / OFFICE MANAGER
Linear Fine Woodworking is a premier architectural millwork company specializing in very unique and one-of-a-kind projects that have gone into some of the finest homes in the valley and around the country. Our reputation for exceptional quality, attention to detail and on-time delivery have made us a leader in the industry.
We’re growing and looking for a new Bookkeeper/Office Manager. Your main role is to support the General Manager in all office and administrative duties. Plenty of training during the transition will be available, but the ideal candidate should have the experience in the following:
JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- QuickBooks – deposits, checks, credit card charges, receipts, running reports, etc.
- Accounts Payable – enter invoices, print checks, reconcile vendor statements, etc.
- Accounts Receivable – billing for progress payments and final payments
- Bank reconciliations each month and keeping accounts in balance.
- Office Management – ordering office supplies, scheduling facility maintenance, paying utilities, etc.
- MS Excel – must be able to work within large spreadsheets, creating them is not required, but the ability to write formulas is a huge plus (if statements, vlookups, etc.)
- Payroll – you will process payroll on a weekly basis, ensuring all employees clocked in and out of the correct jobs and under the correct labor codes.
- Shipping/Receiving – you will ship/receive all small packages (FedEx / UPS / USPS / OnTrac, etc.)
